A Mt. Healthy is behind bars on a $500,000 bond for allegedly threatening to kill as many police officers as he could at the Hamilton County courthouse.

Michael Breens, 33, allegedly made the threats to his probation officer who contacted the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office on Thursday.

According to court records, Breen said, "If I had one week to live, I would go buy guns and ammunition, go to the courthouse and kill as many police officers as I could."

Breens was arraigned on one felony count of aggravated menacing on Friday.

A grand jury will review the case next month.
