A Colerain Township man is facing charges after police said he took nude photos of a female at a tanning salon.
Police arrested Jeffery Barrier on Saturday afternoon.
Barrier is accused of taking pictures of a female while she was naked in a tanning room at Aloha Tanning.
The woman's name and age have not been released and it's also not clear how Barrier was allegedly able to get the photos.
Barrier is charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business because the arresting officer said Barrier lied and "hampered" the investigation.
