RICHWOOD, Ky -- A Maineville, Ohio man was arrested for the molestation of a 15-year-old Boone County boy Thursday.
The Boone County Sheriff says that William Barber, 40, was taken into custody in his home for Sodomy in the third degree and unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within the Commonwealth to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.
Both felonies are punishable by 1-5 years in the state penitentiary. Barber is being held in the Warren County, Ohio Regional Jail.
Detective's received a warrant to search Barber's home. They seized his computer, cell phones, digital media, a safe and his Jeep Cherokee.
