The search for three escapees from an Indiana prison will resume in Northern Kentucky Monday morning.
On Friday, 31-year-old Bobby Cockerell, 49-year-old Christopher Marshall and 59-year-old Jerry Sargent escaped from the Branchville Correctional facility near Tell City, Indiana.
Police say Sargent is from Williamstown and has family living in Independence. They think he and the other escapees may be in Kenton County.
On Sunday, police found a stolen truck abandoned along I-71 in Carroll County they believe was used by the inmates.
The men are described as:
- Christopher Marshall, a white male, approximately 5 ft 8 in, 188 lbs., green eyes, brown hair
- Jerry Sargent, a white male, approximately 6 ft 5 in., 210lbs., blue eyes, red hair
- Bobby Cockerell, a white male, approximately 6 ft 2 in., 220 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair
Officials consider all three men dangerous. If you see the men call 9-1-1 or your local law enforcement agency.
