There were deals to be found at 5 Beechcrest Lane in East Walnut Hills Monday. It was the last day of an estate sale for a foreclosed home where the 1980's blockbuster movie "Rainman" was filmed.

The mansion is said to be worth over a million dollars and shoppers took the opportunity see the home and find bargains.

"I was just excited about what kind of treasures I could come by and find," exclaimed Donna Easley of Evanston. Easley's friend found a bunk bed set and she found hand weights and formal dining glasses. She was excited to to be shopping, "I think the longer it takes him to find his tools and disassemble the beds, the longer I'll be in here and probably find more and more things that I like."

Bob Hill of S & H Estate Sales explained that people do come to stretch the dollar, "Things are sold at very reasonable prices. You never get back what you pay for things."

With Monday being the final day of the sale, everything was reduced to half-off and there were still some decent merchandise to be purchased.

"We still have some antique furniture, some glass wear, and there's a lot of wonderful high end clothing for women as well," said Hill.

The sale ends at 8 p.m.
