LA Fitness Sues Kenwood Towne Place Developers

Kenwood Towne Place is on the receiving end of a lawsuit.

LA Fitness is suing the developers for allegedly failing to repay almost $600,000 in construction costs.

In March, 11 subcontractors sued developers saying they are owed $5 million.

And last month crews hauled away $2.5 million worth of uninstalled glass after an Indianapolis contractor won the right to pack up all their materials and move them to dry storage because the project stalled.
