A condominium complex in Fort Thomas has taken a simple step to save money and help the environment.
Thomas Heights has recently starting using high efficiency light bulbs.
There are eight buildings with more than 50 units in the complex, and property managers had to change the old bulbs often.
But they say the new bulbs make a huge difference and save the complex both time and money.
The bulbs also last longer.
The builder hopes that other properties in the Tri-state will consider the idea.
