The anticipation is over for Kings Island roller coaster fans.

Kings Island announced Wednesday the next ride to thrill fans at the amusement park is called, "Diamondback."

Officials say Diamondback is a steel roller coaster that will be the tallest and fastest ride at Kings Island when it debuts next year.

Kings Island says Diamondback will be the first roller coaster in the United States to have stadium-style seating.

The newest ride will consist of 10 drops, the highest being 215 feet.

Officials say Diamondback will top out at 80 m.p.h and have a splash ending.

Kings Island says no other roller coaster in the country will be able to top these thrills.
