Police are investigating an accident that sent a Kentucky man to the hospital on Sunday.
Police say Patrick E. Kammer, 41, of Warsaw was traveling on Taylor Mill Rd. when his red Mitsubishi Galant left the road, struck a tree and overturned around 9:41 a.m.
Investigators say Kammer was not wearing a seatbelt. He was transported by helicopter to University Hospital with serious injuries.
