Well now that the other one has been caught, I think we can come to some conclusions about the juvenile....

Society is just to forgiving to many things happening in the world. I can remember if I did something wrong, I was spanked and sent to may room. Things were taken away. We didn't have video games and money to do things outside the home. The point being kids need to be held accountable for their actions. If we as parents lose control and we aren't allowed to punish our kids...because of the "fear of child abuse" then what do we have. Give us - the parents the right to take control of our kids. I do think some people can be quite harsh when punishing...but then again, maybe those kids will not do it again!!! What is better - a good whippin' or jail time???

I believe a 16yr has enough common sense to know that when you throw a rock a cars that someone can get terribly hurt. I dont think they thought it was a game I think they knew exactly what they were doing. They need to pay the consequenses of their actions what ever that may be. I think the poster that said send them to Drake and see first hand should be a major part of his punishment

needlecrafter-do you have kids? and would you be willing to take the punishment for their crime? Even if you had raised them by the book and they made a stupid decision, do you think it's right for them to come after you. We can't just make the laws for parents we think r "bad" parents, it would have to apply to all of us.

jekyl - get a life. Your ignorant ass isn't even worth a response. Go read a book and maybe some day you will posess half of the intelligence as some of us on here.

I agree w/ lawgone.....we don't know what the intention of the kids were....just the results. Young people as a rule don't have the forsight and tend to do stupid things.....they're kids. However, so many kids have been left to their own devices w/o sufficient parental control and wind up in trouble. We need to know the full story and hold the parents accountable as well.

cincigirl74 you must not be all that intelligent or you wouldn't occupy your time on these comment pages... opinions are like a$$h0les everyone has one and your no exception.. if it takes these message boards to make you think your all that intelligent... then what ever floats your boat...

Lawgone- you make too much sense for some of these folks on here. It's nice to read intelligent comments once in a while. Thanks.
