The custody battle continues over Amy Baker's children.
Friday afternoon, a Clermont County judge will hear a motion from Baker's father, who wants custody of his grandchildren.
Baker is charged with tampering with evidence in the disposal of marcus fiesel's body in Mason County, Kentucky.
Baker is currently jailed in Batavia, but is expected to be moved to Mason County next week.
Baker's family says her children have been mistreated in foster care since they were removed from David and Liz carroll's home last summer.
A decision on who will get custody is expected later this month.
