The Fraternal Order of Police has filed a grievance on behalf of Cincinnati Assistant Chief Richard Janke.
Cincinnati Police Chief Tom Streicher wrote a letter to the city manager recommending Janke be reprimanded after he allegedly raised his voice at another assistant chief during a recent meeting.
The grievance says Janke was moved to a new office, but still hasn't received a response from the chief on his new responsibilities.
The FOP says the chief's conduct is in violation of the city's labor agreement which states that all employees shall be treated with respect.
