No excuses for this sad stack of human cells. Conversely, when we have cultural standards that we live by then we're considered to be snobs. We should consider taking a few steps back to a time when civility was the rule. IMHO: it takes the same amount of time to do right action when/if the doer thinks first.

So much for this story being about a 10 year old being abused by the grandmother. What a sorry POS this "grandma" is. Why would a 10 yr old need to be punched in the face?? Was she "raising" this child? If so, I wonder why? Could it be because she did a sorry job of raising the childs mother/father and they had no clue how to raise their own child either? She punched her in the face, chocked her and beat her with a belt. And I bet she was getting aid to help raise this child...There is no way she should of been raising this child. She has a history of violence and was a hooker. And this supposed to be a role model to this child? This poor child never had a chance in this household.
