Grand Jury Indicts Suspect In MSJ Arsons

A grand jury has indicted a local college student on two counts of arson.

Jordan Cullen is charged with setting two fires at the College of Mount St. Joseph, in Delhi on March 5.

The charges carry maximum sentence of 18 years in prison.

A student at the college, Daviene Hutsell, died during the fire.

Her death remains under investigation.
