Frisky Bar Patrons Charged With Fornicating In Public

HANKINSON, N.D. (AP) -- It was quite a show -- and now the Spare
Time Bar has to pay.

A young man and woman are charged with having sex in the bar with the patrons watching. The Hankinson, N.D. City Council has ordered the Spare Time to close for two weeks and serve two years probation.

The frisky patrons are charged with fornicating in public. Authorities say the impromptu sex show lasted for a-half hour, with many bar patrons capturing the action on their cell phone cams.

Bar owner Roger Boutain asked city leaders to go easy because he wasn't in the bar at the time. He says he's also fired the bartender.
