A student died Thursday after she had a seizure at the College of Mount St. Joseph.
The Delhi campus had to be evacuated late Thursday morning after a total of five small fires were set by an arsonist.
Firefighters say three were set in bathrooms in the Arts building and two more were set in Seton Hall, a dormitory which houses 400 students.
Daviene Hutsell, 28, was evacuating one of the buildings with friends, when she had a seizure and collapsed.
She later died at the hospital.
Hutsell double majored in business and interior design.
Friends, who called her "Dove," are shocked by her death.
"You would never expect this to happen to any of your friends," said her friend, Juanita Foster. "And I honestly think that if the fire had not been started at our school, at the College of Mount St. Joseph, 'Dove' would still be here, because in that type of situation, anything can stress you out."
Delhi police and campus police are still investigating and have arrested a suspect.
There will be a pray vigil for Hutsell on Friday at 12:30 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Chapel in the Seton Center.
Classes resumed on campus Thursday evening.
