An arson investigation is underway after several fires broke out at a Delhi Township college on Thursday.

Fire crews were called to the College of Mount St. Joseph on Delhi Road around 11:15 a.m.

Officials say five small fires were intentionally set in the art building and Seton Hall, a dorm.

Firefighters say all the fires were extinguished by sprinklers inside the buildings.

Both buildings are considered crime scenes.

No one is allowed to enter either building.

Only students who need to retrieve medicine will be allowed to enter the dorm which houses 400 students.

All classes at the school are canceled until 6 p.m.

Daviene Hutsell, 28, went outside when the fire alarms went off. Officials say Hustell suffered a seizure and died at the hospital.  Another person suffered a minor injury from smoke inhalation.

Approximately 2,150 students attend the school.

This is the last week of classes for students before Spring Break.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (513)352-3040 or text tips to (513)352-3050.
