A Hamilton County judge will issue a ruling Wednesday on the enforcement of Ohio's smoking ban.
The issue is whether or not the ban should be enforced while bars and restaurants are challenging it in court.
Several bars and a trade organization have filed a lawsuit claiming the ban violates privacy and property rights.
The law is set to take effect on Thursday.
