CINCINNATI, Ohio -- After winning its first five games of the 2009 season, the Elder Panthers suffered back-to-back losses at the hands of St.X and Moeller.
This past Friday the Panthers found the winning ways once again by defeating Columbus’ St. Francis DeSales.
This week Elder prepares for the Western Hills Mustangs for the last time.
Thats right, a rivalry that dates back to 1929 will be played for the final time at the Pit.
Head coach Doug Ramsey says his team has had to make some changes due to injuries, but they are more than ready for the Mustangs and as they venture into the playoffs that start next week.
