More than two weeks after she allegedly left her severely injured passenger behind after an accident, a driver with an already checkered past has been arrested.
Danielle Roberts, 32 of Westwood is now in custody after allegedly fleeing the scene of a wreck on Clovernoll Drive in North College Hill in the early morning hours of October 5.
Police say she was fleeing from them at a high rate of speed, and struck a house.
She allegedly fled the scene, leaving a woman in the passenger seat.
9News has learned that in July, Roberts was convicted by a plea of three counts of child endangering. She left her children home alone while she took a trip to Texas. A judge gave her no jail time, but instead gave her probation, a fine, and assigned her to parenting classes.
On Thursday, a judge set her bond at $15,000.
