Western Southern Financial Group has submitted plans to city officials for a development at Fifth and Race Streets Downtown.
Two condominium towers are proposed for the site.
The buildings would also have retail space on the first floor and plenty of parking.
Earlier this week, Playhouse in the Park officials said they're also considering the site for a new theater complex.
Developers of the condo project will meet with city officials again next week.
