Deputy Finds Man Passed Out On Portable Toilet

A man allegedly found sleeping in a portable toilet was arrested after a Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy heard him snoring inside.  

The deputy found 45-year-old Gil Duff sleeping with a beer by the his side. 

The deputy discovered Duff in the 4300 block of Sycamore Road in Sycamore Township around 4:00 Tuesday afternoon.

Duff is facing one count of criminal trespassing and one count of disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

According to court paperwork, the deputy was on a bike patrol in that area and could hear snoring coming from the toilet. 

The deputy said he opened the door and found Duff sleeping on the toilet with his pants on.

The deputy said Duff smelled of alcohol and he found an open can of beer next to him.

The Sheriff's Office said this is the third time Duff has been seen in a public place passed out from intoxication.
