The Covington man accused of killing his girlfriend's baby appeared before a judge Thursday afternoon.
Aaron Allen quietly wept as he appeared before a Kenton County judge.
Last month police say Allen shook and beat 3-month-old Robert Ross to death at a Covington apartment he shared with the baby's mother.
The judge ruled there is enough evidence to move the case forward.
Allen faces life in prison if convicted.
