Cincinnati City Council is expected to hear financing options on Tuesday for a proposed streetcar system.
If approved, streetcars would run a four-mile loop connecting downtown and Over-The-Rhine.
The old streetcar system stopped running in 1951.
The first phase of the new project would cost about $100 million.
