Could You Get Paid Sick Days For H1N1?

If you're sick and worried about staying home because you don't have paid sick leave, help may be on the way.

The proposal guarantees up to five days paid sick leave a year, but the legislation only covers employees sent home from work by their boss. So it's no help if you call in sick.

The "Emergency Influenza Containment Act" would be in effect for two years until the H1N1 Flu Pandemic has run its course.
