Sorry Ms. Talented 1 but i would be willing to put money on the fact that if the cops gave channel 9 the persons name they would have used it in the report. And you are right it is not fair "guilty till proven innocent."

Ben gal, I wasn't dissing you in any way. I just wanted a better understanding of your views. BTW I'm female. The attorney comment was a compliment. You didn't jump to concusions and looked at other possibilities. If the news would have reported his name I would say they are quick to judge. The old saying goes,"guilty till proven innocent." Not fair huh! I hear what your saying.

Alright Mr. Talented 1 what i was saying is why does the media have to report stories making everyone in them look bad. You don't see them reporting that so and so has volunteered at the local soup kitchen for 5 years serving the homeless, or that Carson Palmer is helping out the local youth. Alls they want to report is when someone does something wrong and then they make the person out to be a criminal and they don't know that might be the only big mistake they have made in their life. You might be talented but i would bet your not perfect so how would you like it if a mistake that you made was broadcast on breaking news. People that didn't know wouldn't think hey this guy is a good guy he just made a mistake they would think like everyone on this blog that you are an idiot for be so stupid. This type of reporting automatically paints a bad picture of someone. And you ask if i am an attourny, no i am not but i take that as a compliment.

That person must of had a candy buzz. He smoked to many smarties, thought he'd get smart and flip his car over.

ben gal, How is the media blowing it out of proportion? They didn't release his name. You wouldn't try to reflip your vehicle (over and animal or being tired) if your not guilty of something. LMAO Are you an attorney? You sound just like one!

Boy how the media blows everything out of proportion. They don't even know that the guy was drunk but by them reporting it that way makes him look like the bad guy. I'd like to find some dirt on some of these reporters and make it the breaking news on television and see how they like it. It seems like all the news is is one giant depressed group of people that like to report all the bad things that happen so it can make them feel better about the way they live. Doesn't anything good ever happen that is worth being reported. The media puts their twist on everyting they report anyway to make their coverage look like it got the best story. I mean what if the guy just got off of work and was tired or swerved from hitting an animal then would you recant your story and say how good of a person he was for swirving around the poor creature as to not kill it. You have already branded the guy guilty and you don't even know the whole story. Channel 9 congratulations on some top notch reporting always looking for the next big story no matter who's life you have to crash in order to get it. Way to wait and see if that was the case in the first place cause now if that breath test comes back normal this poor guy will always be the drunk who tried to flip his car do to your silly assumptions. The media is a bunch of f ing jokers.
