Traffic is moving again Friday morning on the I-275 Combs Hehl Bridge after police rescued a man who was trying to jump.
Crews received a call around 1 a.m. that a man had stopped his car on the bridge and was close to the edge.
Police shut down the westbound lanes from Ohio into Kentucky and successfully talked the man down.
