Convergys has announced it's moving about 250 jobs from Norwood to its Erlanger office.
The move will take place in January.
Convergys will offer the Norwood employees – most working in the call center – obs in Erlanger.
There are 550 employees at the Erlanger office which the company opened two years ago.
