A child from Miami Township, Clermont County was flown to the hospital after being burned in an explosion.
A doctor at the local Urgent Care clinic called for a medical helicopter after examining the 10-year-old boy's injuries.
Police say the boy was accidentally burned when something thrown into an outdoor fire exploded.
He is expected to survive.
