The Bureau put up Welcome Banners on Fountain Square, on poles along 5th Street and around the Duke Energy Convention Center Tuesday.
The National Baptist Convention’s annual session opens September 8, 2008.
Its annual session typically draws 10,000 or more delegates to its host city.
