A Hamilton County judge has allowed the Chief Financial Officer of Cincinnati Christian University to plead guilty to a lesser criminal charge.

Robert Williams pleaded guilty Wednesday to public indecency.

Williams was arrested in December 2008 after he allegedly grabbed an undercover office in a sexual manner in Mount Airy Forest.

He was charged with sexual imposition.

The judge sentenced Williams to 30 days suspended jail time and two years probation.

He must also complete a rehabilitation program and stay away from Mount Airy Forest.

Williams was reported to have been on administrative leave from his job at Cincinnati Christian University, however a spokesperson for the school says he resigned his position as CFO of CCU in December of 2008.
