CHEVIOT, Ohio -- A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection to several alleged sexual incidents with a child in Cheviot.
The allegations date from 2005 to 2008. They appear to deal with the same child.
Charles Fiasco is facing four counts of felony unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. They stem from a seven count indictment handed down against him last month by a Hamilton County Grand Jury.
Police in Cincinnati caught up with Fiasco on the outstanding warrant on Wednesday. They say he also goes by the name of Ron Evans.
Authorities say the child, a girl, was less than 16 and older than 13, and at least one of the incidents happened on Wardall Avenue.
Further details are expected to be released Thursday.
