It does seem odd that everyone gets nabbed in Fairfax...BUT you have to go thru it to get from downtown to Indian Hill, I guess. I'm sure the local PD is just thrilled about that.

Didn't Bob Huggins' famous DUI occur in Fairfax too?

COME ON HOW COULD HE BE DRUNK. HE LIVES IN INDIAN HILL HE'S A SYMPHONY CONDUCTOR, HE WAS IN A BAR, IT WAS EARLY IN THE MORNING. PLUS HE WAS ASLEEP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD IT JUST DOSE'NT ADD UP. LET HIM GO THEN WHEN HE KILLS SOME BODY THEN WE CAN SAY BAD CONDUCTOR

He is innocent because he is famous

yea, lets tie up the judicial system. Alseep through several light changes and was three sheets in the wind and the clown pleads not guilty. More money for the attorneys!

I guess "two wines" to him means two bottles!

Oh come on - he failed the field sobriety test and slept through two light changes, this looks open and shut if you ask me.

tjrenner-the earlier article stated he failed a field sobriety test and refused a breathalizer

tjrenner - 3/24/2009 11:20 AM
Did he fail any test? Did he take a breathalizer, or field sobriety? Doesn't say...doesn't even say if he refused. Just because he fell asleep while stopped at a light doesn't mean he was drunk, or high. A couple of glasses of wine won't get you THAT f'ed up. More local cops trying to get famous I guess. And people wonder why no one wants to come to Cincinnati.

he failed to mention they were in 48oz glasses
