FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - The state attorney general's office says a Kentucky man has been indicted on 485 counts of distribution and possession of child pornography.
A statement from Attorney General Jack Conway and Commonwealth's Attorney Kathryn Hendrickson says 32-year-old Ronald Peed Jr. of Foster in Bracken County was indicted Thursday.
The statement says Peed pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Bracken Circuit Court and was released from jail after posting a $40,000 property bond.
