The Boone County Sheriff's Department is investigating a possible stabbing at a campground.
Crews were called to the
Oak Creek Campground in Walton, Kentucky around 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police considered having a medical helicopter fly to the scene, but then decided against it. A ground ambulance responded instead to transport the victim to a local hospital.
Boone County investigators have not released the victim's name or current condition, and aren't saying anything about possible suspects.
