Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear is using the Internet to underscore how serious he is about getting a NASCAR sprint cup race at the Kentucky Speedway.
Beshear used his Internet audio address to push for legislation that would give the Speedway's owners tax incentives.
They would amount to a quarter of their costs for expanding the Speedway.
But the incentives would only kick in if the Kentucky Speedway lands a sprint cup race, which could mean hundreds of millions of dollars for the Commonwealth.
