The Bengals have just announced that they have terminated the contract of long snapper Brad St. Louis,. who's been the weak link in several games so far this season.

They have signed as his replacement, Clark Harris of Rutgers, who played in the last four games of the 2008 season for the Houston Texans. He was a 7th round draft pick of the Packers in Green Bay but spent most of that season on their practice squad.

Brad St. Louis spent his entire career with Cincinnati after being a 7th round draft pick in 2000. His reliability has been deteriorating since late last season and has hit bottom this year with repeatedly off the mark snaps on place kicks, costing them a potential 12 points.
