An Over-the-Rhine woman is facing a disorderly conduct charge after she allegedly used her cell phone loudly in a local Kroger store.

It's a story you saw first on Good Morning Tri-State.

Officers say 23-year-old Talisha Gilbert was not only talking loudly, but also swearing into the phone as she walked the aisles of the Kroger store located on Springfield Pike in Woodlawn Thursday night.

Her actions reportedly caught the attention of a nearby Woodlawn police officer, who says he told Gilbert to lower her voice and stop using coarse language.

Police say she did end the conversation, but then got loud with the officer.

When Gilbert was asked to leave the store, she allegedly refused.  As a result, more officers were called to the scene and arrested her for disorderly conduct.

Gilbert was processed and released at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
