dschmidt- Stop giving out wrong information !!! SPCA holds ALL animals that pass the intial physical indefinatly !! As long as thier temperment and health stays stable, they remain availible... They have time and money invested in them at that point...why put them down If theres nothing wrong with them, huuummm ??? Even strays stay at least 5 days ( and closer to ten with spaying and nuetering and additional processing) as directed by ohio state law !!!... Get your facts straight !!! moosetangs- The reason the owner wasnt charged is because they skipped town...hard to find folks in another state when they dont want to be arested....think ??? Duh.. And no, Google doesnt tell you where their hiding out... The judge turned them over to SPCA anyway, so thats not even relevant anyway.. and now they'll have good homes because of the SPCA !! Again, the SPCA does not just 'kill them', what a stupid comment...you also are touting other lies...." SPCA grills folks on how much they make'...(another lie) nor do they even ask about employment what so ever !!..wrong !! I just adopted a dog from them an funny, they never asked any such thing !!! You have only to look at their adoption questionaire, so quit lying about what you know nothing about. The SPCA does a great job and doesnt need a bunch of liars ruining their good work !! Shame on you !!!

YOu better get them before the week is out!!! The SPCA only keeps cats alive for 3 days and a dog for a week.....two at the most.

Its nice these spca people were able to find these animals. But what I find interesting, why cant they find the previous owners & charge these low life's?I defintely can find somebody, & dont work for any type of government.Just punch in the address of a certain home, & wallaw, information.Whats sad about this story is, if these animals DONT find a home, the spca will kill them.Too many peoplewithout work,& no income, when you adopt from the spca, they want to know everything about that person, before allowing an adoption.i.e. how much the person makes, where is their job location, how many years on that job.Really I see no sense doing this to people, if they're paying over $100.00 for the animal, they should know then & there, the animal is getting a good home.

This makes me soooo angry! How could anyone just abandon these innocent animals? Argghh I don't know how anyone could live with themselves treating animals like they are nothing.
