Here's a FYI...Matthew Burton served only 3 yrs of a 7 yr sentence for killing my son, severely injuring my husband and Killing his front seat passenger in a racing, drunk and on cocaine. He was released for "Good Time Earned" only 5 mos. ago. And they call that justice....THE LEGISLATURES WHO PASS THESE LAWS THAT ALLOW THIS IS CRIMINAL IN ITSELF. My son's other killer served only 8 mos of a 13 yr sentence ..DONT' DRIVE IN KY YOU MIGHT BECOME A VICTIM OF SHOCK PROBATION THAT ALLOWED HIM TO SERVE ONLY THE 8 MOS. AND THE KY JUSTICE SYSTEM.

No bond would have been set, had I been this judge. Chances are, he'll bond out, and finish the job he started. Too risky for the Mrs. and her father.

If only it was legal to have a court in session while the defendant of such crimes was not allowed to have the bandages he has, he'd deserve that type of hearing as a preview of his sentence...ignorant @$$ piece of $#!+
