Three escaped inmates who escaped from an Indiana prison last month and were finally captured in Nebraska are due in court Tuesday.
Christopher Marshall, Jerry Sargent and Bobby Cockerell are facing federal weapons charges.
All three men escaped from the Branchville Correctional Facility in Branchville, Ind. on March 20.
Investigators say they assaulted three men and stole their truck in Carroll County, Ky. several days later.
They were finally caught near Alliance, Nebraska.
No word yet on whether the three men will be brought back to Kentucky to face charges.
