A man accused of killing a security guard at a Tri-State nightclub won't be getting out of jail anytime soon.

On Friday, a judge set a $1.5 million bond for Cyril Byrd.

Byrd is charged with killing Jerry Gilbert outside a Roselawn nightclub on New Year's Day in 1999.

He was arrested by federal agents earlier this year in Arizona.
