Wind Chill Warning expires in Tri-State counties

CINCINNATI -- A Wind Chill Warning has expired Wednesday as dangerously cold temperatures begin to subside.

We stay dry and sunny today and it won't be quite as cold as the past few days. Highs will rebound to the upper teens with wind chills near zero throughout the afternoon.
