CINCINNATI (AP) -- A Monday hearing in state representative Pete Beck's fraud case was postponed until April 24.
Beck was scheduled for a plea or trial setting in Hamilton County court.
The Mason representative is charged with misleading investors about a company's financial status and using their money for personal gain.
Beck has been set for similar hearings in the past but they have been postponed.
Beck pleaded not guilty in July to 16 felony counts.
Beck has denied the allegations and brushed away calls that he resign.
