PD: Drugs fueled Clinton Co. attack, kidnapping

BLANCHESTER, Ohio -- An attack against two men who claim they were held against their will by the suspects for several hours Saturday was fueled by drugs.

That's what police said a day after the victims, ages 22 and 19, reported they had been abducted and held captive by a woman and two men at a home in the 700 block of E. Center Street in Blanchester. The men said they were also assaulted during that period.

After several hours inside the house, the suspects transported the the victims to a field on State Route 133 North just outside the village, the men told police. The men say they then ran to a neighboring house and contacted police at about 7:15 p.m.

One of the victims remained in a local hospital Sunday night.

Only vague descriptions of the suspects were released. But the car used in the incident was described as a silver four-door BMW with the Michigan license plate CFK-4132. (Picture below)

Investigators continued their investigation Sunday at the home where the alleged attack took place. Blanchester police said they've determined the incident was drug-related, but did not release additional details.

Police officials said charges could be filed as early as Monday.
