CINCINNATI - Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will make a stop in the Tri-State Monday with less than 22 days until Americans head to the polls.

Ryan is set to attend a Victory Rally at Lunken Airport, 358 Wilmer Avenue at noon. Tickets are required for the event and were distributed over the weekend.

Doors open at 10 a.m. for the event.

Attendees should bring as few personal items as possible and expect airport-like security. Officials say umbrellas, liquids or signs will not be allowed in the venue.

Ryan is coming to the Tri-State days after his running mate Mitt Romney visited the area. Romney campaigned in Lebanon Saturday.

Ryan himself campaigned in the area less than a month ago. He visited Byer Steel in Carthage in September.

The Buckeye State has been a frequent stop for the Republican and Democrat candidates. First lady Michelle Obama will campaign for her husband Monday in Cleveland and north of Columbus in the town of Delaware. President Barack Obama will return to Ohio on Wednesday for a rally in Athens.
