CINCINNATI -- The man who died in a recent North College Hill apartment fire was identified Monday.
According to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office, 50-year-old Tony Davis was found dead inside his burning apartment Friday, November 29.
A fire broke out at the apartment community in the 1500 block of West Galbraith Road, leaving Davis dead and damaging 24 apartment homes. It took crews 45 minutes during a second attack to work their way back inside the building. They found Davis on the third floor, in a bedroom.
At the time Davis was identified, the coroner had yet to determine the cause of death while forensic testing was ongoing.
