CINCINNATI -- Two Queen City sisters celebrated a unique coincidence after giving birth less than 24 hours apart.
Sisters Heather Rogers and Toni Campbell both gave birth at Anderson Mercy Hospital on Sunday.
''Easter Sunday, we told our families we were expecting. Come to find out my sister and her husband were expecting and due on the same day,” Rogers said.
Campbell gave birth to a son, Elijah, who is her third child. She is already a mom to a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old.
“After the shock, it was pretty special,” Campbell said.
Rogers, who gave birth to a girl, Mackenzie, is a first-time mom.
“It was nice to be going through this (together,) my first child and her third,” Rogers said.
The sisters said sharing the event was more comfort than competition.
