LEBANON, Ohio - Thursday marks a somber anniversary as the Tri-State remembers the death of a Warren County sheriff's deputy

It was a year ago on May 10, 2011, that Sgt. Brian Dulle was killed on Route 42. Dulle was laying out stop sticks to catch the driver of a stolen vehicle when the vehicle hit and killed him.

The driver of a stolen 2001 Cadillac, Marcus Anthony Isreal of Middletown, was convicted of murder in the case.

On May 3, Dulle's name went onto the Ohio Fallen Officer's Memorial wall. He was among six officers whose named were added to the wall after they were killed in 2011.

Dulle is survived by a wife and three children.
