BATAVIA, Ohio - The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office is asking you to help them locate a man accused of raping a pre-teen girl about a decade ago.
Timothy McRoberts, 41, is wanted on one count of rape for the incident that took place in 2003-2004.
He reportedly indicated during correspondence with law enforcement on Aug. 22 that he would cause “self-harm.”
McRoberts lives in an apartment at 328 St. Andrews Drive. He is 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighs about 325 pounds and has short hair and a goatee. His photo is available in the media player above.
Investigators said he works off of Kent Road in Batavia and is known to drive a blue GMC Sonoma with a Mossy Oak sticker in the rear window. The vehicle has the Ohio license plate number FWR-4412.
